For 15 years, I've lead Social Responsibility, Talent Development and HR Practice/equity work in the corporate, nonprofit, and technology sectors.

I’m working to build a safe future where every “othered” person is free to flex, honored for their brilliance and celebrated in the fullness of their humanity — in every sphere from music to tech. To me, this is the only way we can rise. We have a lot of work to do.

Throughout my career, this work has become manifest through meticulous technical execution in HR operations, strategy, coaching and program leadership.
